Pocket Purse for Activities or YW Girls Camp

This cute and easy-to-make purse is adorable and super fast to make. Young women will be able to make
this start to finish with ease, regardless of crafting skills. Directions below . . . .

Directions

1. Choose an old pair of jeans that have an intact pocket.
2. Cut around the pocket and backing material.
3. Trim backing material to exact edges of pocket.
4. Cut two slits on each side of pocket (for ribbon strap).
5. Thread ribbon through slits and tie.

Ideas

• This could be made as a journal holder or camp schedule card holder.
• Add a cute phrase to it on a tie-on tag.  Something like “Pocket the Blessings of Journal Writing”
