Arise and Shine Forth Logo for LDS YW Theme
I love the “Arise and Shine Forth” YM/YW theme! I think it’s a beautiful concept that we and young women should “Arise” and “Shine Forth” as disciples of the Savior, in hopes of directing others to His light.
I have looked a couple of times for the perfect logo for the YW theme, but the few I have found just weren’t quite what I was looking for. So, I made a couple that suited my purposes. If they work for you, feel free to download them! (Just right-click and choose “Save As”.)

I wanted something bright and cheery for the “Arise and Shine” idea, because I wanted to stress “shining” for the young women. I think each LDS YW has a light within, no matter how dim they may think it is. My job is to help them find that light, share it and make it stronger. I can’t say how much I love the 2012 YW theme! To arise and shine forth is a good goal for all of us! As YW leaders, let’s be the best at arising and shining forth. 🙂
